MEET THE TEAM

Phil Luxon

Sales and Marketing

Phil has enjoyed a 20 year career in the interiors industry which started in the UK for a leading carpet tile manufacturer in specification sales. This role took him to Asia and then back to the Middle East where he has been supporting the local and international design firms working in the region.

Prior to setting up Metre Squared he was responsible for developing the presence in the middle east for a UK glass partitioning company. After 5 years it was time to follow his passion and do the same again, but this time with his ex-colleagues and with flooring.

Phil oversees the sales and marketing side of the business and is responsible for looking for new opportunities across the region. This includes ensuring we have the most attractive flooring offering.

Fazle Khan

Contract Sales

Fazle has been working in flooring and the interior industry for over a decade for one of the region’s leading flooring distributors. His role is to assist contractors with support throughout the entire project and to make their experience with us enjoyable and hassle free.

Vanessa has a total work experience of 11 years in the UAE working for two of our brands: Bolon and Mosa. She manages each and every project precontract. She is super hard working and dedicated making sure our clients are receiving the very best possible service.
